SashaNet provides friendly, reliable, and affordable IT support for home users across Southeast Michigan (and nationwide via remote support). We offer solutions for common tech issues, categorized into hourly, fixed-price package, and fixed-price one-off services. Find the right support for your needs below.

Hourly Rate Services

Remote Support: $55/hr (1-hr min, then 15-min increments). Remote troubleshooting for software issues.
On-Site Support: $75/hr (1-hr min, then 15-min increments). On-site troubleshooting in Metro Detroit. Travel fees may apply.
Consultations: $55/hr (1-hr min, then 15-min increments). Expert tech advice & guidance.
General Troubleshooting: Based on Remote/On-Site hourly rate. For diagnosis and resolution of non-fixed-price issues.
Custom Projects: Hourly rate (as agreed). For complex, unique, or non-standard IT challenges.

Fixed-Price Service Packages

New PC Essentials: $185. New computer setup, including data transfer, essential software, and basic security.
Security Tune-Up: $125. Comprehensive security optimization: virus/malware removal, antivirus checks, browser security, OS updates.
Home Network Overhaul: $220. Complete home network setup, including router/modem, Wi-Fi device migration, and smart home integration (up to 7 devices).
Computer Tune-Up: $130. Optimize computer performance: system cleanup, disk integrity, updates/drivers, and performance evaluation.

Fixed-Price One-Off and Specialty Services

Smart Home Device Setup: $75. Setup for up to 2 smart home devices.
Hardware Install/Upgrade: $50/part. Installation/upgrade of internal computer components (e.g., RAM, SSD, GPU). Client provides parts.
Full Computer Build: $135. Full build of a desktop computer. Client provides parts.
Printer Troubleshooting & Setup: $85. Diagnosis & resolution of common printer issues or new/existing printer setup.
(Coming soon!) Analog to Digital Conversion: $30/hr source footage (1-hr min). Convert analog media (e.g., VHS, camcorder) to digital format.

Important Notes:

All prices are subject to change.
On-site support available in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Travel fees apply from Pontiac, MI:
- 0-15 miles: No Fee
- 15.1-30 miles: $25 Flat Fee
- Over 30 miles: $25 Flat Fee + $1 per additional mile
Complex issues or extensive data recovery may incur additional hourly charges.
Clients are responsible for purchasing any necessary hardware or software licenses.
We do not offer advanced (forensic) data recovery services.
We specialize in Windows and Linux systems. Mac support is best-effort; no guaranteed resolution for macOS issues.
For Analog to Digital Conversion: We are not responsible for damage to original media or quality issues if source material is degraded.
