Consulting Process

Our consulting process for 3D printing projects involves the following steps:

I. Initial Client Contact & Information Gathering:

Project Inquiry: Client contacts us with a 3D printing need.
Information Gathering: We collect:
- Model (file, or description if we're designing)
- Material preference
- Post-processing requirements
- Intended use/function
- Dimensional accuracy/tolerances
- Surface finish requirements
- Quantity
- Special requirements (colors, etc.)
- Orientation/support preferences (if known)
- Infill preferences (if known)
- File format confirmation
- Deadline expectations

II. Pre-Production:

Feasibility Check: Internal review of the project's printability.
Quotation: Provide price and estimated turnaround time.
Design Review (if applicable): Client reviews and approves our design.
Agreement/Contract: Client signs off on project details, price, and terms.
Payment

III. Production & Delivery:

Print Preparation: Slicing, settings optimization.
Printing: Monitor the 3D printing process.
Post-Processing: Support removal, finishing (as agreed).
Quality Control: Verify the print meets specifications.
Delivery/Pickup: Client receives the finished product.
