Tell Us About Your Project:
Reach out to us by phone or email. Share your idea or send us your 3D model file (STL, OBJ, etc.). We'll discuss your goals, material preferences (PLA, PETG, TPU), desired colors, and any post-processing needs or deadlines.
Quote & Plan:
Our expert will review your project's feasibility. If your project requires custom design work, we'll create a 3D model for your approval. You will then receive a detailed quote outlining the project cost and estimated turnaround time. Payment for your project is required before production begins.
Production & Quality Check:
Once your quote is approved and payment is confirmed, we begin dedicated 3D printing and any agreed-upon post-processing. We'll keep you updated on progress. Every finished print undergoes a thorough quality control check to ensure it meets our high standards.
Delivery or Pickup:
We'll notify you as soon as your finished item is ready. You can choose to:
- Arrange free pickup from our Royal Oak, MI location.
- Opt for local delivery (fees apply based on distance from Royal Oak, MI).
- Have your item shipped directly to your location (shipping costs paid by customer).
